We -H.C Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd.- are an Engineering Consultant Company based in Qingdao, China and Hongkong, managed by the General Manager Dipl.-Ing. Hartmut Carstensen (German Nationality). We are providing services like mechanical engineering, production monitoring and quality control, transfer of technology and production support as well as project management and sourcing consultancy.

Since 2008 we have designed stainless steel carbodies for an Intercity Sleeper EMU, Metro Shanghai Line 13 aluminum carbodies, aluminum carbodies for a New Generation Intercity train, a crash concept for a Chinese High Speed Train and more which brought us an excellent reputation in China. Metro Shanghai Line 13 is currently the lightest and most production streamlined aluminum carbody in the Chinese market.

Our focus is lightweight and "simple to produce" design and provide Expert supervision onsite which has significantly increased our customers competitiveness in the domestic and export market.

Our overseas customers rely on our professional skills, quality and on time-delivery focus. Up to date we have supervised passenger rolling stocks and more than 3000 freight wagons.
